  • We ship all customers orders directly from London, UK.
  • Orders are dispatched on business days only, excluding UK public holidays.
  • The cut off time for our daily dispatch is 3pm.
  • We aim to dispatch customers orders within 3 working days once payment is cleared.
  • All of our UK and standard international services are handled by Royal Mail and in partnership with the main national postal companies in countries of destination.
  • Our express courier services are usually handled by DHL. Please proceed your cart to shipping stage for shipping cost estimates.

We ship to international customers through Royal Mail International  International Tracked + Signed parcel services where appropriate, or DHL on express courier services.

Please note, import VAT and duties may be charged on your order value by the local authorities once your parcels have arrived in your countries of destination.
